NetBook Reflections

Net books are so cool to have and are cool to work on. I like my netbook because you can go on
maths whizz. Maths whizz has lots of math activities that helps me with my maths. I can go on
google to look for the things about what we are studying. I like going on the netbooks because I
can fix the mistakes I make. For me the netbooks are easier to use.

Fishing Bears

Wednesday 13.7.2011
In the morning Father bear and baby bear went fishing. They went fishing in the sea. They got five fish. They had a pan so they could cook the fish.
Baby bear got are big fish. The pan was on the sand.
Little bear and father bear cooked the fish. They had a lot of fish. Then they went home. They liked the fish.
They liked going fishing.They are good fishing bears.
They got the fish with the net. Baby bear got the
big fish with his hand. He was so happy that he got a big fish. Father bear and mother bear were happy too.

Our Friends from Wake Forest Universtty.

We had a friend from Wake Forest University. She was cool. Her name was Meagan. She came to learn how to be a teacher.She was a lot of fun.

In the weeked

On Friday we went to the hospital.
We went to go and see my little baby brother at the
hospital. He is very sick. My family went too. It was
fun when we went to the park . We ran and played.
After that we had our tea at the park. The next day
we went to the hospital again. Yesterday we went to
the pools. We swam and we had fun. I like going to the
pools. Then we went back home because it was late.

Blue Ocean

When it is the holiday an island.
When I go there I want to see the I want to go to blue ocean. I want to swim in the blue ocean. I would like to live on an island with a blue sea all around.
I would like the to play on a white sandy beach,
by the sparkling blue sea. I love blue water.

Making popcorn

Yesterday we made popcorn
.The first popcorn we made was the salty one. When we made the popcorn I put the seeds in the pan. I liked
the salty popcorn. Efilona put the oil in the pan.
Then we made the sugar one. The sugary popcorn was gold and it was black.
The last one we made was the butter one. It tasted
like nothing. I did not like the butter one. I liked the salty one. It tasted salty but I liked it.

Making popcorn

This morning we made popcorn.
It tasted like nothing. It was
plain popcorn.We made the popcorn in the popcorn maker. When we made the popcorn it was popping up. The popcorn looked like are tornado. It was not that yummy but I liked it.

Tornado

On Tuesday there was a tornado in Albany on the north shore. The tornado was very loud and it was strong. There was tree blown over. There was car blown over to. The tornado was very loud. Some people died in the tornado.
If I was in a tornado I would be killed.

Straw Towers

This morning we made towers with straw. We were thinking about our towers.We were being creative for all our towers.I like our towers that we made. I saw same interesting towers that I like.We made our towers with materials like straw. We all think that our towers were cool.

Easter

On Monday we painted our eggs white. When I painted my egg white my hand was white too. My egg colours were red, blue and yellow. I liked painting my egg because it was fun.

The next day we made a basket. I had a green basket. I like the colour of my basket. I liked making a basket. After that I put my egg in the basket ready to take it home.

The Christchurch Earthquake

Yesterday there was are earthquake in Christchurch. It was a very bad earthquake. In class I saw a picture of a girl with a bloody head. Christchurch had lots of earthquakes. The people were frightened. No one knows when there is going to be another earthquakes. It is a disaster. Some people were trapped in buildings that crashed down on them. Earthquakes happen when the Earths plates move.

T-ball

Yesterday we pald t-boll. it was cool yesterday.and isiah got hit by are boll. but he toce it like a men.

My Holiday

Guess what I did in the holiday? I went to the pools. when I went to the pools. I pushed my little brother into the baby pools and my mum gave me growing. Then I got out of the pools. After that I went home.
